Ezzi CaaS combines a lightweight platform (policies, controls, evidence tracking, exports) with a dedicated compliance lead who guides your team through readiness and audit. The independent CPA audit is included in one fixed monthly price, from $1,195 a month for companies with 1 to 50 employees.

It depends mostly on how quickly your team gathers evidence, so we do not promise a fixed date. For SOC 2 Type II, evidence must be collected for at least 3 months before anyone can be audit ready. We set a realistic plan with you after the intake call.

No. The audit itself is always performed by an independent CPA firm, which is what makes the report credible to your buyers. We coordinate that audit for you and its fee is included in your fixed price. We can work with one of our CPA partners or with an auditor you already use.
